Frequently asked questions about custom orders:

Q: I really like the Lush Rose and want to order a couple for my bridesmaids, is that possible?
A:Yes, any item can be used for your bridesmaids! We can customize the color of the flower to match the bridal colors. 

Q: How long will it take for you to get back to me?
A: I will get back to you within 24 hours!

Q: I want to order one of the pieces in the collection and just change the color of the flower and add feathers. Is that possible?
A: Yes, we can customize any piece to fit your style. Most of these little "tweaks" are free of charge. Contact us for more specifics.

Q: My custom order is a little more than I can afford now, can I pay half now and half when the items ship?
A: Of course. Once we settle on the design of the custom order I will then set a deposit price. First payment is due before construction begins and the second payment will be due once the order is ready for shipment. Order does not ship until the second payment is made. 

Q: How long does it take for my custom order to ship?
A: Depending on the order, generally a custom order takes three to five weeks. Please note desired delivery date and we can work something out!

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Everything ships for five dollars! Yes, five dollars!

Q: Can I  incorporate some of my own heirloom jewelry in the headpiece?
A: Yes, just ship us the items and we will add them to the headpiece.

A: Please read our 'how its made' section to better understand the time and skill it takes to make each piece.
