Will you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship everywhere. No matter where you live we will be able to work something out! Did we mention all US orders ship out for only $5?
What payments do you accept?
We accept all Visa, MasterCard American Express, Discover, or any account payments through PayPal. We have always ran each order through PayPal because it is the most reliable & secure form of payment.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to order from this store?
You are not required to have a PayPal account but if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 3-6 weeks for us to prepare your order for shipment. Please note each of our pieces are made by hand specifically for you! We ship each order USPS First Class Mail and will take 2-6 days for arrival in the United States. International orders vary between 1-3 weeks depending on the country and when the package passes through customs.
I run a boutique but it is not a bridal boutique, can I carry your seasonal accessories?
Yes! We love creating custom collection for non-bridal boutiques, go here to apply to become a retailer.
I am getting married within the next month, is it possible to rush my order?
Yes! Please contact us straight away. We most likely will be able to rush your order for a flat fee of $20. International orders do not apply.
The piece I want is a custom flower found in the Inez Gill portfolio, can I still order it?
Yes! We love doing custom work. Just fill our bridal inquiry form. We will then be in contact within 24 hours to start on your piece.
Do I have to pay taxes on my order?
If you are a resident of Nebraska a 7% tax rate will be applied to your order.
Can I return my item?
Each piece is handmade with love and made with high quality, and at times one-of-a-kind materials. We do not accept returns. We are up for an exchange every now and then. Contact us for more details.
I want to carry your bridal accessories in my boutique, can I set up a wholesale account?
Yes! We are currently accepting new retailers, apply here.
I want to collaborate using some of your bridal accessories and have some custom pieces made, is that possible?
Yes! We love making custom pieces and loaning out our accessories for shoots. Just contact us.
